Where Vows in Bloom Began
Vows in Bloom was created from personal experience, honest reflection, and a deep desire to do things the right way.
When Esther got married, she trusted that her venue’s coordination team would guide her through the planning process and ensure everything came together seamlessly. Unfortunately, on the wedding day, events did not unfold as discussed during prior meetings. Guests were left confused, timelines felt rushed, and the celebration even ended earlier than planned due to a lack of direction and organization. The venue had simply overbooked, overpromised, and underdelivered.
That experience left a lasting impression and became the foundation for something better.
Vows in Bloom was born from the realization that couples deserve more clarity, more support, and more peace of mind knowing every detail is handled with care. Esther believes weddings should feel grounded, seamless, and joyful from beginning to end.
The mission of Vows in Bloom is to protect couples from the stress and disappointment once experienced firsthand and instead provide an experience that is thoughtful, intentional, and genuinely supportive. Every couple is meant to look back on their wedding day feeling present, celebrated, and confident that every moment was beautifully managed.

About Esther Carrillo
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Esther Carrillo, the founder of Vows in Bloom, proudly based in Colorado. I grew up in Longmont, surrounded by the beauty of the Colorado mountains, which has deeply shaped my appreciation for meaningful moments and intentional celebrations.
I met my husband when we were just 16 years old on a youth group trip, and we were got married in 2025, a season of life that opened my eyes to just how many moving pieces go into planning and executing a wedding day. While our wedding was incredibly meaningful and filled with memories we will always cherish, it also gave me a firsthand understanding of how valuable thoughtful coordination and attentive support truly are. That experience is what fuels my passion for helping couples feel confident, supported, and fully present on their special day.
Faith and family are at the heart of who I am. As a Christian wedding planner, I approach each wedding with intention, grace, and deep respect for the meaning behind every celebration and commitment.
